Following the launch in Italy, Lufthansa Group’s NDC offers are expected to be made available globally in the first half of 2024.
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – Sabre Corporation, a leading software and technology provider that powers the global travel industry, announced the rollout of New Distribution Capability (NDC) offers from Lufthansa Group airlines which include Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS and Air Dolomiti for Sabre-connected travel agents.
Travel agencies in Italy can now register to Lufthansa Group’s NDC Partner Program; upon activation, they will be able to shop, book and service NDC content using the Sabre Offer and Order
APIs, the agency booking solution, Sabre Red 360, and the online booking tool, GetThere. Following the launch in Italy, Lufthansa Group’s NDC-enabled content is expected to be rolled out globally in waves during the first half of 2024.

The five Lufthansa Group airlines join the growing number of carriers that distribute their NDC offers in more than 150+ markets through the Sabre GDS. Through its Beyond NDC program, Sabre is innovating to deliver retailing solutions across the end-to-end customer journey, from offer creation all the way to fulfillment.
