Today marks an eagerly anticipated event in the culinary world as France's Michelin restaurant stars are unveiled from the Palais des Congrès in Tours. Renowned globally for its gastronomic prowess, France's culinary landscape is celebrated once again with the prestigious Michelin Guide's star ratings. From cozy bistros to haute cuisine establishments, these stars represent the pinnacle of culinary excellence. Here are the latest additions, which will be guiding food enthusiasts and travelers to the most exceptional dining experiences across France.
The results are in and this year’s selection includes 52 establishments which were awarded one star, 23 of which opened their doors just in the last year, like L'Espadon at the Ritz helmed by Eugénie Béziat and Datil headed up by Manon Fleury, both in Paris.
Eight restaurant received two stars, including Sylvestre Wahid's boutique restaurant in Courchevel in the French Alps, and two spectacular establishments join the 28 existing three-star restaurants across France. Last but not least, a total of nine establishments received a green Michelin star for their sustainable values and commitments.

Two new establishments join the 28 restaurants across France that get to keep their three stars: Jérôme Banctel at Le Gabriel who's been at the restaurant since 2015, takes home Le Graal, the highest of distinctions and Fabien Ferré at the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet since last year, becomes, at age 35, the youngest chef to receive three stars.

Last week, Four Seasons Yachts unveiled renderings of its first vessel—built in collaboration with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd and the Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri—which is set to launch in 2026.
