This New Frontier Airlines Membership Is A Digital Nomad’s Dream Come True

Digital nomads looking for a permanent solution to living impermanently in different destinations across the country will want to listen up. Landing—the company behind the first membership for flexible apartment living—and ultra-low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines have today announced a joint collaboration aimed to give digital nomads a more simple way to hop from destination to destination while still feeling at home.

The brand-new Nomad Pass is a first-of-its-kind subscription that combines Landing’s Standby membership with Frontier Airlines’ GoWild! Pass for $1,495 per person, per month. The Nomad Pass will give members all the same benefits as Landing Standby members and Frontier’s GoWild Pass!—which essentially means members will be able to hop around the country at their leisure for less than the average rent price in any major city in the US.

The Landing network includes everything from furnished studios to three-bedroom apartments across the country while the GoWild! Pass includes an unlimited number of flights within the period that the pass is valid (including both U.S. and international destinations that Frontier flies).

The Frontier Airlines GoWild! Pass is a great value and gives travelers with flexibility in their travel plans the opportunity to score flights for incredibly cheap prices. It’s somewhat of a rare commodity in the U.S. market; passes can easily be purchased and are not subjected to a lottery system or questionable policies like other domestic and international airlines have attempted in the past. The American Airlines AAPass for example, charged travelers USD 250,000 back in the 1980s for unlimited first-class travel for life. Let’s just say that one didn’t hold up its end of the bargain and eventually folded.

This flight subscription model is a whole lot more sustainable for both the airline and the members; travelers sign up for the membership—which renews monthly—and in turn, receive unlimited flights (with blackout dates) and unlimited furnished homes available anywhere Landing has properties.
