Travel in state Wisconsin

While traveling in Wisconsin with friends, some locals told us to check out the state's famous Mars Cheese Castle. We initially didn't plan on going, but after seeing the giant sign next to the highway, we decided to stop in. 

I met my first wife working at a fast food restaurant and developed a friendship that turned into a relationship. We were married three months after we met — the day after my 18th birthday. Like me, she was from Milwaukee, and we raised three kids in Wisconsin.

There's nothing like hitting the open road, but there's nothing quite like being at home either. Thankfully, when you travel by RV, you can get the best of both worlds — and the ability to change your plans without having to worry about hotel or plane rescheduling fees.

At the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc, you can descend a steep staircase into the USS Cobia, a US Navy submarine that sank 13 ships and earned four battle stars in World War II. You can walk through the rooms and learn about its history in combat from a US Navy veteran or self-guided audio tour.

Chicago is too big, enormous in both geography and spirit, to capture in its entirety. Locals understand this. Frontier Airlines, a discount carrier based in Denver, recently announced 16 new routes spread across international and domestic destinations, including Antigua, Las Vegas, and Orlando. The average rate for the cheapest car at Little Rock’s Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) came in at $95 per day.
