The leading global innovator in providing polar explorations, Quark Expeditions is challenging adventuresome travelers to boldly remake their bucket lists, looking beyond the larger public’s most common and overly-popular travel destinations.
Quark is launching its Arctic 2025 portfolio, with a campaign that calls it “The Season to Rethink Your Bucket List”. The specialized tour operator is highlighting the unique appeal of its selection of new and returning itineraries set in the Earth’s extreme north, which are available during the season from May through October, and is even running a special early-booking offer.
Quark Expeditions has carefully curated its Arctic 2025 collection to provide guests with options for different trip durations and a variety of off-ship experiences, many of which are made possible by two twin-engine helicopters carried onboard its newest, purpose-built expedition cruise vessel, the Ultramarine.

"Now that global travel is back in a big way, industry watchers have observed that many travelers are heading to the same destinations—in large numbers—and taking the very same selfies," said Wendy Batchelor, Vice President of Marketing for Quark Expeditions.
She continued, "For our Arctic 2025 season, we invite travelers to go bold and take the less-traveled route away from the metropolises of Rome and New York, and instead explore remote Arctic destinations like Svalbard, Greenland or the Canadian High Arctic. We want to inspire people to rethink their bucket list dreams, get off the beaten track and return home with travel stories no other destination can provide."
"Another element that was extremely important to us when we created this season line-up was to allow travelers to fulfill very unique polar dreams," Batchelor said. "If you want to explore the legendary Northwest Passage, we've got you covered. If you dream of flying in a helicopter and then landing on the Greenland Ice Sheet, we can make that happen."
Now through October 31, 2023, guests who decide who look further than the typical Top 10 lists and join Quark Expeditions on truly unique polar experiences at the ends of the Earth can enjoy an early booking bonus of $1,000 on eligible Arctic 2025 itineraries.

Voted BEST SKI RESORT IN THE WORLD again at the 2022 World Ski Awards. Verbier, in Switzerland, draws legends, royalty, pop stars (James Blunt has a chairlift named after him) and, yes, us ordinary folk too. Part of the largest ski area in Switzerland, “Four Valleys” has 410 kms of slopes that cater for all levels of skiers and boarders. These include the Medran with its cruisy blues, Les Savoleyres with lovely sweeping reds, and the more challenging black runs of Mont Fort. The resort is also known for its off-piste skiing – particularly the testing Mont Gelé – and each year Verbier hosts the finals of the Freeride World Tour. The mountain views are spectacular, particularly from the 3,300 metre high Mont Fort peak, one of the few places in the Alps where you can see the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc mountains simultaneously.
