Accor, the Paris-based hotel giant, revealed its revamped rewards program for luxury travel agents on Monday.

Ennismore’s Delano brand will open in Dubai this year on Bluewaters Island, the location of the former Caesars Palace. Delano is the same upmarket flag already found in Las Vegas and Paris.

Ennismore, the lifestyle hospitality group, said on Thursday it’s in exclusive talks for “a long-term partnership” with Cain, a privately held investment firm, to scale the hotel brand Delano worldwide.

A handful of real estate investors are exploring how to combine hotels with members clubs — which typically charge an annual fee for access to co-working spaces, food and beverage offerings, and a fitness or wellness center. Yet blending a hotel with a club can be tricky, said Michael Achenbaum, the president and founder of the Gansevoort Hotel Group.

Accor held a day of presentations on Tuesday in Paris for investment analysts, offering an array of insights into strategy at the $8.7 billion hotel group.

Ennismore is a forerunner in the lifestyle space, with hotel, resort, and coworking brands — plus the Rixos all-inclusive brand, Paris Society venues, and dozens of restaurants and bars. The fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company has 16 brands, with 137 hotels and resorts and over 160 in the pipeline.
