Just revealed is that October 5 will be the announcement of the 2023 version of the Michelin Guide to Vancouver. Michelin had already expanded its 2022 guide to the city in July by adding an additional 10 restaurants—and hinted that some of them might be awarded with stars or Bib Gourmand status in their forthcoming 2023 guide.
