As summer winds down, low-cost Avelo Airlines is offering a major sale with $39 tickets across its network. 

For Olympics viewers that have recently caught Paris wanderlust, a low-cost carrier has affordable flights to make your trip to France a reality.  Norse Atlantic Airways recently updated several one-way flight deals which include New York (JFK) to Paris (CDG) for as little as $112 one-way throughout the fall and even into 2025. From the west coast, travelers can score one-way flight deals from Los Angeles (LAX) to Paris (CDG) for as little as $188 throughout the fall. All of the deals are located on Norse’s main homepage. Travelers can filter the flight results by inputting their home city or destination, and even set a maximum budget.  Beyond Paris, travelers can also get deals to London's Gatwick airport for as low as $72 one-way.

A late-summer or fall getaway is now possible without breaking the bank. Spirit Airlines recently discounted hundreds of flights to popular destinations such as Las Vegas, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, and more. The low-cost carrier advertised the fare sale on their «Popular Flight Deals» section of their homepage, where travelers can enter in their home airport to find the best deals for them.  As part of the popular deals, Travel + Leisure spotted deep discounts for under $29 including Dallas (DFW) to Las Vegas (LAS) for $22 one-way in August, and Baltimore, MD (BWI) to Orlando, FL (MCO) for $21 in September 2024.  Additional flight deals include:

Best of all, the deals extend to popular vacation destinations such as Asheville, Destin, Nashville, Orlando, Tampa, and more Travelers can find the deals on Allegiant’s website, and even filter the options based on their home airport and budget per flight. The website also has a helpful map that shows routes from a home airport. Frontier’s “Greatest Offer of All Time” sale is now live with $19 one-way fares up for grabs — but there’s only one more day left of the sale.

Travelers can take advantage of record-low fares this September thanks to a new sale from low-cost Breeze Airways. “$30 fares? Game on,” the airline wrote in an email about the promotion. “Go for the Golden Hour.” The airline’s sale, which ends on Thursday, Aug. 1, at 11:59 p.m. PT, is available for travel between Sept. 3 and 17. No promo code is needed to access these discounted fares, which include government taxes and fees. Travelers can find the eligible routes on sale to book on Breeze’s website or app.

Planning and booking a fall or winter getaway just got cheaper. Southwest Airlines recently announced a new Wanna Get Away fare sale with airfares as low as $49 one-way to popular destinations. Best of all, travelers can snag discounted tickets to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and other warm destinations throughout the winter. The fare sale ends on July 29, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST, and is valid on travel through January 29, 2025.  The sale may be especially helpful for anyone planning a vacation to Hawaii, as inter-island travel is also discounted. Miss out on a European summer vacation this year? Well, there's still plenty of time to book a fall or winter trip this year — and if you book right now, you can score an amazing airfare deal. Budget airline Norse Atlantic Airways just dropped the sale of the year, allowing you to fly to Europe for as little as $109 (one way, that is).

The holidays came early for deal-seeking travelers.Frontier Airlines recently revealed a “Christmas in July” airfare sale that provides discounts on flights around the United States for as low as $19 one-way.Travel + Leisure spotted deals available from major airports including Atlanta, Nashville, Cleveland, Denver, Las Vegas, Orlando, and more for as low as $19 one-way, as listed on Frontier’s website The fare sale ends on July 25, 2024 at 11:59pm ET, and is valid for tickets through November 13, 2024. However, travelers are advised of several restrictions on when they can use the tickets — such as only flying from Monday through Thursday, and Saturday. There are also time periods where the promotion does not apply, such as select weekends.  While many of Frontier's fares are lower in the promotion, the $19 one-way promotional fares are exclusive to members of the airline's paid membership program, Discount Den. The program provides members access to lower prices, free flights for kids, and other perks.  One exciting part of the deal is it also includes discounted airfare to popular international routes. Travelers can score $89 flights from either Miami, FL or Atlanta, GA to Cancun, Mexico. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here once more, and that means shoppers can score major discounts across all categories—clothing, shoes, beauty, accessories, home goods, and even luggage. That's right—Nordstrom offers its biggest discounts of the year during the annual sale, with dozens of deals on best-selling luggage, duffel bags, and handbags, making it the perfect time to refresh your collection. Durable luggage and travel bags usually cost a pretty penny, but with this sale, travelers can score major discounts—just make sure to shop by August 4.

Despite rising airfares, there are plenty of last-minute deals for a European summer getaway. JetBlue recently announced the «Overseas the Day» fare sale, which provides discounted fares to Europe for as low as $299 one-way from either Boston Logan International Airport or New York's JFK Airport. Best of all, the fare sale includes discounts on JetBlue's highly beloved Mint cabin, which is the airline’s version of business class and includes a lie-flat bed and additional amenities.  Travelers can purchase deals including one-way flights to Dublin, Ireland for as low as $299 in Main Cabin or $1,299 in Mint. Those looking to explore the United Kingdom can fly to London-Gatwick Airport for $379 in Main Cabin or $1,299 in Mint.  The airline is also offering discounted one-way fares to Paris for $379 in Main Cabin or $1,299 in Mint.  The fare sale ends on July 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM, EST, for travel from July 28 through September 30. The airline advises that some days may not be available due to capacity or restricted travel dates.  As a price comparison, during a non-sale period, a one-way JFK to LGW flight can cost as much as $1,138 in Main Cabin or $2,233 in Mint, based on pricing from JetBlue's website.  While the Mint cabin provides tons of amenities, passengers in the Main Cabin are treated with extra legroom, and a 10" TV that has a variety of power ports including USB-A, USB-C, and AC (standard outlet). Passengers in the Main Cabin also get a complimentary blanket, and a curated menu from New York's Dig restaurant chain.  JetBlue has been on the move with enhancements to help passengers during a busy summer travel season. The airline recently updated its baggage policy for basic economy, by allowing passengers to bring a free carry-on. The airline also introduced new service to Dublin and Edinburgh.

A family-friendly fall vacation to a popular island destination just became more affordable.BermudAir,  which operates service from various east coast cities to Bermuda, recently announced a new promotion where children can fly free with their parents.  “Airlines rarely‚ if ever‚ offer such incredible deals,” BermudAir shares on their website. “When you book your flight with us, your child (12 and under) flies for free! It’s that simple.” The promotion is valid on travel between September 12 and December 12, and all tickets must be booked by July 26, 2024. The terms of the sale specify that there is only one free child fare per paid adult, so a family with multiple children will have to pay the extra difference in fare.  BermudAir offers flights from New York (Westchester County, NY — HPN), Boston (BOS), Baltimore (BWI), Orlando (MCO), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Toronto (YYZ), and Halifax (YHZ) to Bermuda’s L.F.

It’s never too early to plan a vacation, and flight deals to popular spring break destinations are on the horizon. United Airlines recently published several discounted fares between February and April 2025, which can help travelers save extra money and get a jumpstart on planning a spring break vacation.  For travelers from the New York City and tri-state area, the airline is offering a variety of deals on flights from their Newark (EWR) hub to Orlando, FL (MCO) for as little as $137 round-trip throughout February, March, and April 2025. The flights are a significant savings as other round-trip prices for the same month reach as high as $625 round-trip.  From United's hub at Chicago O'Hare, travelers can find spring break deals to Miami, FL (MIA) for as low as $323 round-trip in March and April 2025, which is also a considerable savings from some of the most expensive round-trip flights that month which top at $670. Orlando, which is the home to many popular theme parks including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, is often ranked as a top spring break travel destination.
